Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Please note: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returning an Item

If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will assist you with the return process and arrange for the item to be picked up or exchanged.

We recommend checking your items upon delivery to ensure everything is in perfect condition before accepting them.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Personalized or clearance items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

The refund will be made through the same payment method you used during checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you contact our support team.

We'll replace the item with a new one (subject to stock availability).
